We are in search for a Junior Technical Consultant to support our consulting team as soon as possible.
As technical consultant you will oversee the realisation of challenging CRM-projects starting with the requirement analysis over professional specification up to technical realisation of specific customer demands.
You will work in a team with highly qualified consultants and developer, who will assist you with familiarisation and cooperation.
Your tasks will be:

customising and administration of functionalities, workflows and user interfaces to match the demands of our salesforce.com customers |
• |
technical consulting |
• |
process analysis with our customers, conception and realisation of CRM implementations |
• |
data import and quality assurance of CRM data |
• |
integration of third-party systems and interface development respectively (e.g. ERP-systems of our customers) in collaboration with development |
• |
support of customers within our maintenance- and support contracts |
• |
technical training course (e.g. for CRM administrators or user of our customers) |
Your Profile – What we expect:
• |
young professional with vocational college or college degree in informatics/business informatics or equal work experience |
• |
comprehension of operational sequences and processes of medium enterprises |
• |
experiences with application- and web-service design (e.g. Java) |
• |
ideally experience with complex software systems such as CRM, ERP or eCommerce |
• |
customer-oriented poise and excellent communicative abilities in German and English |
• |
willingness to be proactive and enthusiasm in working in a team |
• |
interest in continuous further trainings |
• |
a high degree of personal responsibility |
• |
willingness to travel (by the day) |
